STREAMLINING REMINDER

As part of our commitment to serve our students in the best possible way, we have decided to streamline our administration department in such a way that each person will be dedicated to a single function. This will help you to know who to speak to in order to answer your questions (about administrative matters) even more quickly and efficiently. From Monday 27 July 2009 please contact our staff as follows:

1. HELPDESK. Dial 011 022-4440, which is a dedicated Helpdesk line and ask to speak to Grace (or email her info@sats.edu.za), if you want to ask about enrolments, what to study, curriculum queries, when you will receive your material, etc. Grace has worked for SATS for many years and will assist you in a friendly and competent way.

2. ASSIGNMENTS. If you want to submit an assignment or find out where your submitted assignment is, etc, please speak to Kathy or email her at submit@sats.edu.za. Kathy has taken over from Sipho, who after more than 6 years at SATS, has resigned to become a chaplain in the Police force.

3. MATERIALS. If you would like to order new course materials or you have a query about the delivery of your materials, please speak to Chris or email him (chris@sats.edu.za).

4. APPLICATIONS. If you have not yet enrolled, or you have a friend who would like to enrol at SATS, please contact Elodi (apply@sats.edu.za). For postgraduate applications, contact Leschenne (postgraduate@sats.edu.za).
